Digital Product Sales
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of sample packs, loops, presets, and MIDI files are **final and non-refundable**. Once you have downloaded the product or accessed the digital files, we cannot "reclaim" the product, and therefore cannot offer a return or exchange.
Listen Before You Buy
We provide high-quality audio previews for 100% of our products. We strongly encourage all customers to listen to these previews and read the product description thoroughly to ensure the pack meets their needs before completing a purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may offer a refund or exchange in the following limited scenarios:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice in separate transactions.
- Technical Defect: If the file is demonstrably corrupted and we cannot provide a functional replacement.
- Incorrect File: If the content provided significantly differs from the product description.
