We believe music production should be about creativity, not legal headaches. That's why we've designed our licensing to be as simple as possible. When you buy a pack from ChunkyWave, you're buying a license to use those sounds in your own original music.
What does 'Master Clearance Guaranteed' mean?
It means you can release your beats and songs using our loops on streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music without needing a separate license from us, as long as you are an independent artist. You keep 100% of your royalties.
Do I need clearance for Major Label placements?
Yes. If you land a placement with a major label (Sony, Universal, Warner, etc.), the label will require a formal clearance. Our process is straightforward and producer-friendly. Contact business@chunkywave.com for major clearance.
Can I monetize on YouTube and Social Media?
Absolutely. Our licenses cover content creation across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and more. You won't get copyright strikes for using our samples in your productions.
What about Stems and Exclusivity?
Our samples are non-exclusive, meaning other producers can also purchase and use them. This allows us to keep prices accessible. Stems are included in most packs to give you maximum flexibility in your mix.
Commercial Use & Client Work
